My church does the Daniel Fast every year during this time. I will post the daily scriptures to read and memorize. I am four days behind, so I posted all four days. This is a great way to get closer with The King.

The pit opened up its hateful mouth and I stepped right in. I did not even try to escape. I jumped. With a scream I road on a roar as the tornado tore.

Yet You are here ~ Hand in mine ~ Pulling me to safety ~ Assuring me the entire time.

No Place For FEAR

There have been many areas in my life that I have allowed fear to either stop me or hold me back. Fear can cause worries and illness that are unnecassary.

I have finally realized that it is possible to live without fear. One thing you must understand is God's principles.

God created Faith. The devil cannot create. He perverts. The devil took God's principle of Faith and perverted it into Fear.

Once we walk in fear we allow a door to open to the devil in our lives.

Also, fear is selfishness. See when we are fearful, we are not believing that God Almighty can help us in this situation, which also goes into doubt and sin.

William Branham-A Forerunner Ministry

During the early 1930s an extraordinarily gifted prophet began to emerge as a spiritual leader of a new ministry model. His name was William Branham. He was a very simple, uneducated man raised in the hills of Kentucky and ordained as a Baptist minister. Even so, God wonderfully graced this humble man with a revelatory gift and supernatural power not seen since the early Church. Not only were the miracles and healings that accompanied his ministry astounding, but he was also shown numerous future events with remarkable accuracy that now are a matter of historical record.

Following a series of evangelistic meetings, Branham held a baptismal service on June 11, 1933, for new converts. Some four thousand people lined the banks of the Ohio River to observe and celebrate the service. While baptizing the seventeenth person, a whirling amber light descended from Heaven and rested directly above Branham. Virtually all the witnesses present could see this supernatural sign. Many eyewitnesses ran in fear, while others fell to their knees and worshipped because they recognized this was God doing something truly extraordinary.

In this experience God gave William Branham a forerunner message for his life and ministry. I believe he was a token or prototype of an entire body of people who will emerge as Jesus' bridal company. By his own acknowledgment, Branham was a harbinger of something new and fresh the Lord planned for the last days. This supernatural dimension will be commonplace in end-time life and ministry.

Numerous news organizations picked up the story and circulated it around the U.S. and Canada. One headline read, "Mysterious Light Appears over Baptist Minister While Baptizing in the Ohio River." The Jeffersonville Evening News reported the incident with the subheading, "Mysterious Star Appears over Minister While Baptizing." Though many may debate the full meaning of the event, its authenticity is not disputed.

This public display of God's awesome power framed a heavenly intention. No design of Heaven is ever administered futilely. Every word and demonstration that proceeds from the mouth and hand of God will return fruitfully. A Kingdom message for today's Church was sent to that prior generation-and we are responsible for its consummation. The Living Word desires to rest in His bride. Jesus wants to become flesh once more and demonstrate His Kingdom power and redemptive virtue.

Early Supernatural Models

If that episode on the Ohio River was just an isolated incident then we could be thrilled by such a display of God's power and move on. However, that was only one of many expressions of God in the life of this forerunner.

During his early ministry, Branham had several supernatural experiences for which he had no frame of reference or ability to understand. Neither he nor those with whom he was in ministry relationship comprehended the revelatory realm of God. Only the Bible provided any source of enlightenment; very few people had personally experienced this supernatural dimension of God. Unfortunately, most Christians at the time believed those kinds of expressions had happened in the Bible but did not any longer. Words like trance and vision rarely existed in the spiritual vocabulary of that day.

The years after World War I were difficult. Few people had access to libraries or Christian material. Branham, raised in extreme poverty in the hills of Kentucky, certainly had no way of researching how God's supernatural power had manifested throughout Church history. Nonetheless, the Spirit showed him things that would occur in the future. He shared those encounters openly with those around him. To everyone's amazement, the events came to pass in precisely the manner he predicted. Tremendous healings frequently accompanied his revelatory experiences.

It wasn't until an angelic visitation on May 7, 1946, though, that Branham came to understand more fully the purpose and validity of the supernatural dimension into which he had been thrust. This minister of God was desperate to understand the spiritual realms he was witnessing or he would die trying. He set his intent on discovering whether his visions and trances were from God or from the enemy. He loved the Lord too much to allow deception to rule him.

Branham withdrew to a secluded wooded area in rural Indiana. There was no food, electricity, or other provision. All he did was lay before God in humility and sincerity. Wonderfully, the Lord answered the cry of His servant. An angel was sent to Branham and told him about his life and calling in a face to face encounter. This heavenly messenger came to impart spiritual understanding and a divine commission.

The Commissioning

According to Branham's personal testimony which he often shared publicly during the late '40s and throughout the '50s, something supernatural occurred late that night after many hours of prayer. A heavenly light appeared; it looked like an amber or emerald star of fire, illuminating the room around him. It was the same manifestation that had appeared over the Ohio River thirteen years earlier. At that moment Branham heard footsteps walking toward him and saw someone standing in the light.

An angelic messenger greeted him as in the Bible: "Fear not, for I am sent from the presence of Almighty God." The angel, according to Branham, was six feet tall and weighed approximately two hundred pounds. He had an olive complexion, with dark hair that touched his shoulders, and he wore a white robe that reached to his feet. As soon as Branham heard the greeting, he recognized the angel's voice as the one he had heard throughout his youth and early ministry.

An appointed juncture in Church history had arrived. The Lord was looking for a messenger to fulfill a divine mandate and to introduce the supernatural dimension of Heaven to a new generation. Clearly the humility and devotion of Branham captured Heaven's attention and opened the door for this man to be used in significant ways. A plan, initiated before the foundation of the world, was set in motion for him. The time had arrived for destiny to be fulfilled.

The angel informed Branham that he was called to take a message of divine healing around the world. The angel promised him that if he could get people to believe, nothing would hinder the fulfillment of his prayers-not even cancer. Branham introduced his generation, and ours, to the revelatory realm of Heaven. These signs and wonders acted as a platform to birth faith in the supernatural power of God.

Notable supernatural impartation was released during this visitation. The angel told him that just like Moses, he would be given two gifts as signs of this impartation. Whenever he took a person's right hand with his left, he would by revelation perceive the person's physical condition. This was the first spiritual gift: it allowed the minister to detect through revelatory insight the specific illnesses, demonic oppressions, and deadly diseases afflicting the people.

Whenever Branham prophesied a precise illness or condition, his listeners' faith in God was elevated, allowing incredible healing and miracles. His first public healing meeting after his commissioning took place on June 14, 1946, in St. Louis, Missouri. Immediately creative miracles and phenomenal demonstrations of healing were generated on such a massive scale that theologians termed it an unprecedented event in Church history. As Gordon Lindsay once said, "there were no hard cases." No matter how severe the malady, the Lord was present to heal.

The angel promised Branham that God would give him a second gift if he used the first with humility. The next gift gave him discernment of thoughts and secrets of the heart and would take people to an even deeper level of faith.

As Jesus' encounter with the Samaritan woman at the well had, the unfolding of personal history and intimate secrets ignited faith. People rose above shame and unbelief and engaged the revelatory realm of Heaven. Their response is a prophetic model for our generation.
The Bible declares that the living Word is alive, active, and a discerner of the thoughts and desires of the heart (Hebrews 4:12). The gift of discernment offers a far greater dimension in God than the expression of a simple "word of knowledge." It is a reflection that the Lord has removed the veil dividing soul and spirit, and all things are open and exposed to Him.

When operating in the gift of revelatory discernment, Branham would stand before the people and communicate, by supernatural insight, their name, illness, history, address, private prayers and desires, and many other secrets known only to the Lord. Those present in those meetings testify that this dimension of God generated a tangible expectation of faith. People believed that anything was possible in such an atmosphere of heavenly anointing.

The messenger from Heaven shared many things with Branham during their lengthy conversation. Branham's ministry introduced a different dimension in God, not seen or demonstrated on such a scale at any time throughout Church history. Its foundation was a union with Christ, with the Lord living in the midst of His people and doing, through them, the same works that He did while on earth.

Gordon Lindsay, founder of Christ for the Nations, wrote of this spiritual experience: "The results of the angelic visitation to William Branham have been a steadily rising tide of revival that has sounded out throughout the world, and the end is not yet."

Igniting Revival

Following his angelic encounter, Brother Branham emerged with a deep anointing of revelation and power that directly or indirectly touched millions of people and launched a worldwide revival. Countless thousands were miraculously healed of the most hideous infirmities and deadly diseases during the ministry of this man and others who followed.

Naturally God puts His great treasures in earthen vessels. Like all human beings-with the exception of Jesus Christ-Brother Branham made mistakes and missteps along the way. Even so, his revelatory encounters were marked with uncanny accuracy. It is the revelation of Heaven that is of paramount importance. But just as important is the proper stewardship of the treasures of insight and wisdom with application today; we must carefully unfold God's blueprint.

A divine presence distinguished Branham's life and ministry. The living Word discerned, and communicated through Branham, the thoughts of the heart with profound precision. He was given glimpses into the plan and destiny of Heaven for individuals and corporate bodies. His ministry was a forerunner model that foresaw the impact of a body of believers who will emerge in our day and embody the living Word. The signs and wonders that follow will release a bridal revival that will be identified according to John 14:12-a "greater works" generation.

Extracting Understanding

It is always wonderful to recount stories of God's goodness to people. However, there is much more for us to understand about God's dealings with Branham's generation. A platform had been established for heavenly truth, and we must comprehend the significance of this type of ministry for our generation. These events were much more than revival; they were the beginning of end-time ministry; they pointed to a generation of destiny prophesied in Scripture. As with Moses, these signs were given so that the people would believe.

The time has come to revisit the awesome visions given to this godly man, along with the other pieces of the divine puzzle entrusted to other Christians. Like Daniel studying the prophecies of Jeremiah, we should meditate upon these supernatural encounters to extract their application to both Branham's time and our own. We can learn from past mistakes and extract the seeds of God, replanting them in the soil of our honest and sincere hearts.

As in the days of Moses and the Lord Jesus, the enemy recognizes times and seasons that mark the appearance of spiritual deliverers. Rampant abortion, murder, and suicide should be a clear indication of the efforts used by the enemy to stop the emergence of mighty spiritual warriors. He wants to snuff out those endowed with the virtue of Heaven to carry out the plan of God.
A day of destiny is upon us. The "victorious ones" mentioned in the prophecies of Joel are being prepared to emerge as an army, the bridal company joined to the Bridegroom.

Ending an Age

With that brief history in mind, we should revisit a trance given to William Branham in June 1933.

On that day he was taken in the Spirit and told of Mussolini's impending invasion of Ethiopia and eventual death in 1945. Branham was shown that an Austrian named Hitler would rise as dictator of Germany and lead the world into another war. He was also shown that America would be drawn into a Second World War under Roosevelt's leadership and likewise saw a specific location where many Americans would die in battle-a prophetic picture of the place known as the Siegfried line.

Furthermore, the vision emphasized that there were three "isms"-fascism, Nazism, and communism-to watch for. The first two would come to naught, he was told, but communism would continue to flourish after the war. He was specifically informed that Russia would play a prominent role as a world power in the future.

Along with the political events, other insights were given concerning science, the moral decline of the nations, and the spiritual compromise and confrontations of the Western Church. All these spiritual forecasts were shared publicly years before they actually occurred.

In one insight, Branham was given the year 1977 as a pivotal time. Although he acknowledged that he didn't understand the full implications of that year, Branham predicted that something major would occur in 1977 to mark the end of the Laodicean church age. He was careful to note that the prediction was not a "thus saith the Lord" like the other world events revealed in the trance, but rather a calculation based on the insight from the revelations.

As the years passed, this personal prediction prompted a lot of misunderstanding. Many people believed that he was foretelling the rapture of the Church or the return of Christ. However, that was not what he had stated and, furthermore, the Bible plainly declares that we will not know the day nor the hour of those events.

Something spiritually profound did occur in 1977, though. God had a grand design that was meticulously falling into place for a future generation through the numerous supernatural wonders He was performing. Great spiritual investments were being made to position us for an inevitable day of destiny. The transition into our day had begun.

1977

In 1977 Roland Buck, a dearly beloved pastor of an Assembly of God Church in Boise, Idaho visited Heaven's throne room, initiating a string of visitations from the angel Gabriel. On twenty-seven separate occasions, this archangel, often accompanied by other ministering spirits and warring angels, visited with Buck.

In October 2002 Wanda and I had the privilege of spending a morning with Roland Buck's widow and daughter in Boise, Idaho. They shared with us some of the highlights of Buck's encounters with the messengers from Heaven, and unquestionably something of notable prophetic consequence occurred during those few years. An appointed time, set by the Father Himself, had arrived, for in Buck our Lord found the qualities He desired.

If the angel Gabriel is sent as a messenger, it behooves us to discover the heart and strategy of the Father in that endeavor. The Bible records that universal transitions and transformations occur following visitations with this particular angel. While we only desire Jesus Christ and the life He gives us, history clearly indicates that significant world events occur when we encounter high-ranking spiritual beings like Gabriel and Michael. That pattern continues today.

Heavenly Directives

The angelic messenger told Buck many of God's plans in preparation for the latter-day confrontation with darkness. Gabriel highlighted emphatically the power of redemption purchased through the blood of Jesus Christ. He stressed that very few Christians fully comprehend or appropriate the power imparted to them through heavenly grace. Many walk well below their allotted provision because of deceptive and seductive spirits that steal their
heritage in Christ.

Buck was also informed of Heaven's concentrated efforts to bring workers into the Kingdom in preparation for a great harvest. He was shown how angels are assigned to labor together with the saints. When believers pray earnestly for loved ones' salvation, angels are empowered to awaken the lost in their cooperative work with the Holy Spirit.

Throughout the visitations, Gabriel emphasized the importance of communion with Christ and intimate fellowship with God. The Lord Jesus is looking to sanctify wholly the spirit, soul, and body of a company of believers and take up residence in them to do greater works. Yet Heaven's endowment for these greater works will only be unleashed by radical intimacy and friendship with God. Waiting on the Lord will be the key to launching many into the mystical realms of Heaven.

Gabriel also highlighted the prophetic implications of the feasts of Israel. The careful and meticulous plan of Heaven is being carried out. The Lord has provided the blueprint through His Word, and now revelation and insight are being apportioned and authority delegated to actualize that Word. Clearly the visitations of the archangel Gabriel were addressing the maturing of the times and the emergence of the saints.

Buck's experiences marked a transition from what has been known as the Church ages into a more complete revelation of the Kingdom realm. Most importantly, it marked the passage into a day when the fullness of the overcoming King will be introduced. We are entering the days in which we will taste the good word of God and the powers of the age to come. Fresh releases of power and authority are being entrusted to an overcoming body of believers. We must claim this revelation of Heaven and walk in the destiny ordained for this season.

Christian's Do Not Own The Path To God - Jesus Does

I have come across in my life, some good friends and some acquaintances, who have told me there is not just one way to God. I have been told over and over by well meaning people that Christians do not own the path to God.

They are so right. We do not own anything, except for what God gives us.

One thing God Almighty has given us is the Bible. The Bible is the Word of God. It is the Scriptures of Gods doctrine and His Holy principles. The Old Testament and the New Testament are intertwined with instruction on the way we are to live and conduct ourselves.

I have basically one annoyance with people who tell me there is no God, or that there are many ways to God ~ They have not actually read HIS word about this.

How can someone say anything about God without reading the Bible. Without reading what God says about Himself. I find this a bit silly. It is like me telling people that we all have more than just one heart, without having ever research into how a body is made. I would be acting in such an ignorant and foolish manner.

Yet so many never search out God to find the Truth. They rely on their own opinions, thoughts, or how they are brought up.

I, more than anyone, am a sinner and so in need of a savior. I lived as an atheist for many years. I was so wrong. I told people there was no God, there was no heaven, and for goodness sakes there was no hell that some big, bad mystical God was going to send me to. I was wrong.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”- John 3:16

Jesus said to him, I am the Way and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except by (through) Me.

God tells us Himself in the Book of John that He (God) sent His son (Jesus Christ) to earth for our sakes. Jesus also tells us that the only way to the Father (God) is through Him (Jesus) and that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

God is not a tolerant push-over. He is Holy and Righteous. His ways are not our ways. He considers looking at a man or woman with lust as committing adultery and having anger or hatred in your heart as murder.

God knew that we were not going to keep to His Holy standard. He sent Jesus to earth to die on a cross for our sins.

John 8:42
Jesus said to them, "If God were your Father, you would love Me, for I proceeded forth and have come from God, for I have not even come on My own initiative, but He sent Me.

I would recommend watching "The Passion of The Cross" by Mel Gibson. It is a remarkable reflection of what Christ went through in His earthly flesh for us.

I also recommend watching "The Nativity Story." It is a beautiful portrayal of what Mary must have went through and the character of Joseph, Jesus's earthly (adopted) father.

Jesus's sacrifice has released us from the law of the Old Testament, when broken being punishable by death if atonement was not made. Jesus is our atonement. We are to still live by His law and commandments, but now when we fail, and we all do, we can go to our Savior Jesus Christ and be forgiven. We then are completely washed clean.

By declaring there are many ways to God a person is creating for themselves other gods and idols.

Do Not believe what I say ~ ~ ~

~ Go ~ Search for yourself ~ Ask God to show you if He is real and true. Really ~ What have you got to lose?

Do not expect a raging voice from Heaven to be heard. Do not expect something out of this world. It will be more like your heart will begin a process of change. Your thoughts will wander toward the "What if..."

God does not demand our love. He has given us all free will and it is our choice whether to love or believe in Him. If you choose to believe you have come from a dust particle, from the ocean, or evolved from an ape, that is your choice.

I, although, have been created by a wonderfully loving and powerful God. I have witnessed miraculous healing, breakthrough and deliverance in my own life and in other lives. My heart soars with praises for God.

I Surrender to His Glory

I know that it is the King's Glory that opens my mind and my heart to change to His calling.

I find myself falling in love, everlasting love with my King. I surrender to Your embrace and Your touch. I ask You to receive me. I so willingly give myself to You. No other could satisfy, but You. Yes, You my Lord. Only You...

I give my all to You in Sweet Surrender. Glory to You my King. Wrap me in You embrace.

I kneel at Your feet in complete surrender. I wash Your feet in my tears and dry them with my hair. Just look into my eyes, my King, and I will know all is alright.

I lay my sin at the foot of the Cross and I leave it there. I surrender my pride and self-will to You. I want nothing of it. I surrender to you, my sweet Jesus. Only You, my Lord. Only You.

My hearts soars on the wings of my King. My thoughts drift to the Kingdom that awaits. Sweet Surrender. My King. My Master. You are the One. The only One.

Happy Father's Day to all you Dads out there!

I would like to pay tribute to 4 very important Dads in my life.

Is Not Going To Church Ok???

The Below Is An Answer To Forum Posts:

Ok, not going to church does not make you a bad Christian. Although, Jesus DID teach the disciples to fellowship and worship with other believers. Christians are the body of Christ and we are to join together. When we do not join together we are seperated and that is not what Christ wants.

Joining with a GOOD and Holy Spirit filled church is also vital for Christian growth and accountability. It is far too easy in this world to get laxed and sin. We as Christians can keep each other on the straight and narrow path.

If this is not so, then why my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ, did Paul, Peter, John the Beloved and other disciples write letters to the CHURCHES. Do you recall what those letters said?

Well, some of what was taught was in the last days - which we are now living in - there will be great deception and we as Christians must be wise and have great decernment. This is extremely difficult to do without being joined with the body of Christ.

I am sorrowed by the number that believe it is ok to not go to church and honor your Lord God with ALL your soul, mind, and strength.

One more thing, when the body unite in worship the Holy Spirits annointing is so very strong and tangible you just can't believe it. It is like nothing I have ever experienced. We can also serve there. We can teach, we can pray for others - can't pray for them if you don't go to church because you will never know of the need - we can lay hands on the sick, and so much more.

I ask you brothers and sisters in Christ do you still believe in the healing miracles? This is a mandate that we heal the sick. Where do you think you will get this annointing to be able to heal the sick if you do not even give of your precious time to go to church one day a week???

Show God Almighty how much you love Him and sacrifice of yourself a little bit and you will be amazed by what He will do in your lives.

Christians are mandated to stand apart from the world. I ask you this - How many people know you are a true Christian? Or are you a "Secret Agent Christian?"

Oprah's Being Deceived

If you have been watching Oprah, you are sure to know about this new "version" of Christianity that has been discussed on her show and on her YouTube.

When I watched an episode my heart broke. It broke for Oprah, it broke for the person that is teaching her this stuff, and it broke for all the people, non-Christians and Christians alike, that will watch and believe what they say.

The Scriptures say that in the Last Days many will be deceived and led astray. Well, my dear people, we are in the Last Days.

I will not go into all of what they are teaching, but I do want to make a comment on a couple of their points.

Oprah said when she was about 27 years of age she was in a Baptist church service. She was enjoying it, the congregation was enjoying it, and the service was alive. This is a sign, one of many, that shows the service is Holy Spirit led.

At one point the Pastor said that God is jealous. Well, this didn't set well with Oprah. It didn't FEEL right to her. "Why would God be jealous of me?" She asked herself.

Oprah, God Almighty is NOT jealous of you! God is not jealous OF any of us! God is jealous FOR our hearts, for our worship, for our time with him, for our adoration of Him. We are to bow to no other god.

God created us FOR Him not for ourselves.

How the enemy can twist and deceive what we hear and how we think about it. She was, my dear friends, deceived while IN a church service.

We MUST take every thought captive and cleanse them through the blood of Jesus.

Ben Witherington and Oprah do not want a god with all kinds of doctrine! Well, if you take the doctrine away, you have just made yourself another god. An idol. A new age religion.

Oprah says that she doesn't want to put God in a box, so she took Him out. In actuality, she just place God into her own box that has no consequences, no Holiness, no doctrine, no risen Son, and no Godly rules. Nothing she doesn't want there.

Something else, Ben was asked what he thinks about death. His reply, "I don't think about it." He smiled confidently.

I wouldn't think about death either if I denounced Christ. Who wants to think about going to the Fires of Hell??

If only they would actually READ and PRAY over the Scriptures themselves to find the TRUTH. The truth shall set you free. The lie they are believing is imprisoning them for the enemy. I truly pray for their souls and that their eyes are opened to see and that their ears are opened to hear. Also that the enemy is bound and they are set free.

Thank you good and Godly people for also praying for Oprah and her "following."

I have deleted some posts, because they just took up too much room and weren't honoring the Lord. I was looking for support for this ministry.

I repent for the way I did that. There is a link for supporting the ministry to the right if you feel led to help. I don't feel right for just asking for money so I listed products that you could purchase. The ministry would get a percentage for the sale. There a things such as, books and videos on Christian living, families, and marriage. Plus, books and such on writing, and working at home.

Daniel Fast - What is a Daniel Fast?

A Daniel Fast is a specific fast during which you would refrain from many of the rich foods you might enjoy throughout the year and simplify your diet. It is important to remember that the intent of any fast is to deny yourself something that you would normally do in order to focus more specifically on the Lord and Prayer. In considering a dietary fast such as a "Daniel" fast, it is best for each believer to prayerfully determine what things they will eat or not eat. The Bible does not give us specific details, but rather says Daniel refrained from the King's rich food, and at vegetables and drank water.

Below we have some suggestions for your consideration. If you do choose to take part in the Daniel Fast and have medical issues, please check with your doctor first.

Suggested Foods to Avoid:

Meats, Fried Foods, Caffiene, Carbonated Beverages, Foods Containing Preservatives or Additives, Refined Sugar, (Basically All Desserts), Sugar Substitutes, White Flour, and all products using it, Margarine, Shortening, High Fat Products, and No Alocohol.

Suggested Daniel Fast Foods:

Overcoming Rejection

If you have unkept scars you need an encounter with God. Persue God and don't let Him go until He declares a blessing upon you. This may take hours of prayer or a whole night of prayer.

Rejected: To be avoided, forsaken, shrink back from, refuse to love.

Rejection is the most undiagnosed and nontreated illness in the church today.

Root deterimines Fruit ~ Rotten root means rotten fruit. EPHESIANS 3:17 "Be rooted and grounded in love." It is easy to say I Love You to someone, but it is not so easy to WALK love out when the other person is not being "lovable." You may then find what "being rooted and grounded in love" really means. You may also need to pray that the Lord pats firm the ground that you are rooted in so that a strong wind will not uproot you.

Forgiveness is how you clean your wounds ~ Forgiveness opens the door for Jesus to come in to wash and clean your hurts and pain with His Blood. Do you know that the very moment that Jesus was hanging on that Cross so long ago He was thinking of YOU. Jesus saw You and Knew You at that very moment ~ He died on that cross for YOU. ALLOW Him to take your pain. You do NOT need to hold onto it any longer.

Signs of Rejection in Your Life:

1) Rebellion - against parents, spouse, boss...
2) Bitterness - blaming anyone and/or everyone for your pain and your situation
3) Loneliness - to pull away from people, becoming a hermit
4) SelfPity - lack of joy, always needing to be consoled, whinning, being negative
5) Escapism - back to drugs, alcohol, sex, tv, games - whatever you escape with
6) Assuming All The Guilt - perpexual victim
7) Depression - crawl in the whole, sleep a lot
8) Hopelessness - no faith that it will ever get better
9) Suicide - no one cares or understands so why should I
10) Setting Up For Ultimate Rejection - the rejection God will have no choice in doing because of your UNWILLINGNESS to change
11) Inferiority - always on bottom, never good enough, will never be able to do that
12) Insecurity - unstable, fear and anxiety
13) Jealousy - wanting what they have, they always have it better, I'll never have that
14) Distrust - don't truly trust anyone, if you trust you'll get burned
15) Disrespect - why respect anyone - they don't respect you, are not kind or gentle with people.

Rejection and harshness can be so very damaging to a person. I urge you to soak this up. If you are treating your spouse or (especially) your children harshly, avoid them, or don't keep promises to them you are rejecting them. They will grow up with this rejection and it will affect everything in their lives.

Again I say: Forgiveness is how you clean your wounds. Repentance and saying "Sorry" is another way to heal both yourself and the one you have wounded. Please don't wait ~ We have NOT been Promised Tomorrow.

Overcoming Rejection

Give Me a Break!

I was watching a show last night that just ticked me off. (Yes, not all anger is sinful - righteous indignation.)

I believe it was 2020 or something like that.

They had 2 young boys on that were spreading the word of God. One boy was asked if the anchor, which is not a Christian and her Mom is a Buddist, will not go to Heaven, even if they are really good people.

Well, the boy spoke with boldness in Christ and told her that unless she believed in Jesus she would not go to Heaven and would be going to the Pit.

This professor, that obviously, has NOT read the Holy Scriptures, said that it was too bad that the boy was being judgemental. For goodness Sakes! This guy doesn't know anything about Jesus and is proclaimed an "expert!" He went on to say that it was abusive (concerning their parents) to have them doing this at their age.

That just fries my cookies...

Praise God Almighty for those young boys that are following a Divine Calling from the Lord. May they be Abundantly Blessed.

Forgive me if this was not worded with grace, but this is not ok. The Bible states that people will be deceived due to lack of knowledge. Knowledge comes from prayer and the Bible.

Marriage Life Group

Life Group - otherwise known as a care group in churches... It went very well. I was the first to show, which is great. People were beginning to know me as the "late one." I was got lost twice in trying to get to the new homes of the meetings. I usually am the early arrival, except when going with Brad, my husband. I really don't like showing up late...

Anyway, Brad and I prayed with Kelly and Gretchen before the meeting started and it was such a blessing for me (STILL) even being asked to train in this!!! Praise You God Almighty for hearing my yearning to serve You.... : ) Mr. Jenness told me thank you for helping them. I said that we really didn't do much. He said just having a couple to stand by them in this and pray with them was powerful.

*** There was an attack that Brad and I have been going through the last 3 weeks that was FINALLY broke this week! Praise God! I will be going into all of that more. It was something else that I was told to write out by the Holy Spirit and Kelly. It might be a while before I can get all of it written out - a lot of details to add.

*** I finally finished writing out the last breakthrough in my marriage and sent to Kelly. He reaffirmed what God was telling me to do, by calling me and telling me that God had told him that I am to write this out. Kelly is going to help me set it up as a manual type form so it helps others in marriage breakthrough.

Marriage is sometimes one of the most difficult things I have had to do. It would be so much easier to just give up at times and get a divorce, BUT it is NOT what God wants... He WILL bless us IF we walk in obedience and love. We really need to look at what it truly means... It takes WORK to stand and die to our flesh - giving our hurts and pain to Jesus and leaving it at the foot of the Cross.

I recommend reading: Galations 5:16-26.

This speaks of the Fruits of the Spirit, such as, love (as Jesus loved us - He DIED FOR Us), joy, peace, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.

It also speaks of the bad fruit, such as, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, sexual immorality, impurity, witchcraft, hatred, dissention, drunkenness.

Our stance will show where we are with God and our walk with Him. Are we gentle with people or are we harsh??? Think about it and get it right with God.

We really need to humble ourselves to The Lord and get rid of our pride. Allow God to change us and mold us to be like Jesus...

Also another way to stop God's blessings in your life is slander! Think about it - God doesn't like gossip or for us to be talking evil or badly about others - EVEN if it is of our spouse. Yes is helps to get it out, but don't dwell on it - LET IT GO! A house divided Can Not Stand...

Change on the INSIDE and then the outside (our circumstances) WILL change. It is just God's character. It can't happen any other way. If your heart and thinking changes toward things of the Kingdom Principles your life will change in the positive.

Get things right with people. Let no grudge stand in your heart! Go to the person and get things right. Either repent or forgive, but get it right.

New Care Group Tonight as Assistant Leaders

Tonight is our very first Care Group with Life Bible Church here in Oregon as Assistant Leaders. Brad and I are Marriage Life Group Leaders in Training.

I am both excited and nervous. We are to arrive early to pray and speak in the atmosphere before the members arrive. I view this as a huge honor and I don't feel that I deserve it. Although non of us are deservable except through Christ Jesus.

I will post more to let you know how it went. Plus more about our background - just proving that Jesus pulls the sinners and those in darkness to Glorify His Kingdom. Praise God.

So Much to Say So little Time

I am sitting here at my computer and I have so much on my heart to share. Having just started this blog I want to contribute something of importance, but where to start??

I am so pressed for time lately. I have my home business that I need to work at, as always there is dishes, laundry, and other household chores, writing the spiritual battles and triumphs down for Mr. Jenness, blogging, and my ebay auctions - under mommietown.

I missed church this morning because my daughter is sick, but she much better now - Praise Jesus.

I, when I have more time, will explain where Brad and I have come from. For example I filed for divorce and the court terminated the petition due to (they say) they couldn't locate Brad. He was still in the same place...

Going from almost divorce, almost bankruptcy, being a single mom for awhile, loosing my job, to reconciling with Brad, becoming a stay at home mom, and being asked to train for leadership in the Marriage Life Group ministry.
